Ben Abbas is a dedicated trial attorney, passionately pursuing justice for individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own. He represents clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, including product liability, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and commercial vehicle wrecks.
Ben brings steadfast commitment and compassion to every case he handles. He chose a career in personal injury law as a way to “pay it forward,” recognizing it as the ideal path to help injured victims restore their lives and return to the position they were in before their injury.
A graduate of Baylor Law School, Ben focused his studies on Estate Planning and was awarded the Thomas M. Featherston, Jr. Estate Planning Award. During law school, he gained valuable judicial experience interning in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas under the mentorship of the Honorable Marvin Isgur. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago, where he triple-majored in Political Science, Spanish, and Comparative Race and Ethnic Studies.
Licensed to practice law in Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico, Ben combines his broad academic background, trial experience, and genuine dedication to client advocacy to achieve meaningful results for those he represents.
